Reporting Technical Defects

Please report any failure or malfunction of the electricity, gas; or water supply; or of the ventilation, heating, or elevator systems, to the primary control unit of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance (24h).

The primary control unit is manned from:

Monday to Thursday
7.00 a.m. to 4.15 p.m.

Friday
7.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

Outside these hours, the call will be forwarded to the security service of the University of Bayreuth. In case of an emergency, they will inform the security guard or the on-call member of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance.
